» Province sets 2009 Rent Increase Guideline

Brampton - The 2009 rent increase guideline is 1.8 per cent.  The calculation is based on the Ontario Consumer Price Index.  The 2009 guideline applies to rent increases that occur between January 1 and December 31, 2009.

Toronto - Member of Parliament for Brampton-Springdale, Dr. Ruby Dhalla joined over 100,000 commmnity members to celebrate Vasakhi at the Annual Khalsa Day Parade. The parade was one of the largest Sikh parades in Canada and was an opportunity to celebrate the values of Sikhism.
