Brampton - William Osler Health System hospitals are celebrating significant anniversaries this fall, and plans to mark these milestones are well underway with a number of activities and events planned in the community and in the hospitals over the weeks ahead.
Brampton – Dr. Naveed Mohammad, a physician at William Osler Health System (Osler) for the past 15 years has been named Osler’s Vice President (VP) Medical Affairs.
Peel – Many eyes have been on the skies around Etobicoke General Hospital this summer as a family of peregrine falcons have taken up residence behind the blue “H” sign on the east side of the hospital at roof level. The parent falcons have nested at the hospital site for many years, returning this year to raise a family.
Peel – Etobicoke General Hospital celebrated the opening of its newly renovated Laboratory last week, after a move to a new space on the lower level of the building. This renovation is part of a broader, multi- phased redevelopment plan to update and improve the facilities at the hospital.
Peel – William Osler Health System (Osler) celebrated an exceptional year at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held this afternoon at Etobicoke General Hospital. The meeting highlighted a number of Osler’s accomplishments and initiatives from 2011-2012, with a focus on hospital redevelopment plans, strategic planning and the organization’s commitment to quality care for patients and their families.
