» Hospital gets youth up and running with program

Brampton - A new program at Brampton Civic Hospital is aiming to get teens back on their feet. Known as 'Team Unbreakable', this running therapy group reaches out to youth struggling with depression, anxiety and other affective disorders, and provides motivation and encouragement to help overcome personal challenges through goal-setting.

Dilpreet K., a grade 11 high school student at St. Marguerite d'Youville, has been an amazing student leader. She is responsible for initiating and organizing the school's South Asian Heritage Month festivities and group since grade 10.
