 Telecare Distress Centre, a non-profit community based organization in the Region of Peel that provides free, anonymous, confidental listening and emotional support and community referrals to individuals experiencing isolation, depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, addictions, grief, frustration or having difficulty coping in life. Services available in English 24/7 Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Spanish and Portuguese lines open Monday to Friday from 10am to 10pm Please call 905-459-7777.
