Brampton Minor Basketball Association
Since 1979, The Brampton Minor Basketball Association (BMBA) has been dedicated to teaching youths ages 7-18 to play and enjoy the game of basketball. From grass-roots development to our elite development representative teams, our goal is to continually establish a program that will provide an atmosphere to challenge all participants, allowing them to develop at their own pace. Each year we place close to 1,300 participants in our winter/summer house and rep team leagues. BMBA emphasizes fair play, respect and community service. Over the years we have seen the growth and enjoyment of this wonderful sport soar in our community.
Brampton - The BMBA Major Atom team (U12) has never lost a game when playing against US competition in 3 years. The Syracuse Carrier Dome Tournament June 13-15th was no exception. This time the competitors were bigger, taller, and faster.
Brampton - Selected players from the Brampton Minor Basketball Association (BMBA) Player Development Training Program recently competed in the 2008 Northwest Indiana Division 1 Basketball Tournament in Highland, Indiana.
Brampton - On the weekend of April 5th, 2008 the Blue Devils capped of a tremendously successful season (27-5, 3 tournament Gold's, 2 tournament Silver's) capturing the 2007/2008 OBA Championship.
Brampton - The coaches of the Brampton Blue Devils Novice Boys basketball team are very proud of the effort, dedication, and successes of our boys this season. It was a very exciting and rewarding season for these young men.
Brampton - The Brampton Minor Basketball Association (BMBA) started off the 2008 provincial season this past weekend with the Novice, Atom and Major Atom Boys. Congratulations to the Atom Boys #1 team and their coach for winning the Atom Boys Division 1 Gold Medal.
Brampton - Boys and girls tryouts for the 2007/2008 Brampton Minor Basketball Association are on September 29th & 30th and on Ocotber 6th. Players are needed for the boys and the girls' teams.
Brampton - Brampton Minor Basketball Association (BMBA) will begin Tryouts for Rep teams on Saturday, September 8, 2007 for age groups 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. See schedule for complete details.
Brampton - Fall registration for the Brampton Minor Basketball Association (BMBA) will take place on Saturday, August 18, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Terry Miller Recreation Centre. The BMBA offers house-league and rep team programs for boys and girls ages 5-17.
Brampton - BMBA Blue Devils Major Atom Boys #2 Win Gold at Ontario Provincials. "Man... we did it" says Head Coach Mike Morgan of the Brampton Blue Devils Major Atom #2 team as he thanked and applauded the Kids, Coaches, Managers and Parents of both teams.
Brampton - The Brampton Blue Devils novice boy's basketball team capped off a successful season at the Ontario Basketball Championship on April 2, 2007 when they took home the silver medal in the Under 10, Division 1.
