With Christmas around the corner when will you start your shopping?  We often tend to put holiday shopping off until the last minute and then dread the long lineups at the check out counter. Have you ever thought of shopping through catalogues?

Let's offer encouragement and support to all the moms in our lives.  Whether these moms choose to stay at home full-time, to work a part-time or a full-time job outside the home, to pursue a business venture, or if they are juggling all three roles, they are worthy of our support, respect, and admiration.

Childhood obesity rate is on the rise. We can no longer ignore the warning signs. Fast food is readily available and the days of the family sitting down to savour a home-cooked meal is a distant memory.

Why do so many people work the night shift? Why do they put themselves through this "archaic" schedule as deemed by the day shift crowd? In my case, I either receive sympathy from my family, friends, and customers or my sanity is questioned.
