Solid Choice Services specializes in helping French Immersion students from Peel (Brampton, Belfountain, Caledon, and Mississauga) and Halton (Acton, Burlington, Georgetown, Milton, and Oakville) improve their French language skills. Their four basic programs, French Club, Amuse-Vocabulaire, Amuse-Lecture, and Amuse-Verbe, allow students to practice French with an element of fun. Brampton - Recently, 34 French Immersion students from Peel Region participated in the 2008 French Idol Charity Event. The event, hosted by Solid Choice Services, raised $557 and 188 pounds of non-perishable food items for Foodpath, Mississauga's largest food bank.

Brampton - On December 19th, at the Mississauga Central Library, Malak Zaki, a Grade 2 student from Plum Tree Park Public School, was presented with the Franco-Excellence Award for her dedication to practicing French outside of the classroom.
