Peel - On Saturday, May 9th, Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) presented Sierra Club of Peel with the prestigious Award of Merit. At its awards dinner, CVC recognized the Club for their many initiatives in protecting and enhancing the Credit Valley Watershed.

Peel - On Saturday, April 18th, about eighty volunteers came to the banks of the Credit River in north Mississauga to plant five hundred trees.  We not only increased the earth's carbon sink but we also had fun chatting with others and meeting new friends on the beautiful banks of the Credit River.
