The mission of the Arthritis Society is to search for the underlying causes and subsequent cures for arthritis, and to promote the best possible care and treatment for people with arthritis. The Arthritis Society is Canada's only not-for-profit organization devoted solely to funding and promoting arthritis research, programs and patient care. Halton/Peel - On Sunday September 28, the inaugural GTA Arthritis Walk will take place at Humber College Arboretum. The Arthritis Walk gives people a chance to walk in honour of their friends and loved ones who suffer from arthritis, and raise funds to help in the fight against arthritis.
