 Brampton - With the Brampton Battalion's Ontario Hockey League season over, two members of the Troops are set to embark on professional hockey careers.  Cory Emmerton is off to join the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League, while Bobby Sanguinetti will be with the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack.

Brampton - On Easter Sunday night, the Brampton Battalion's Ontario Hockey League playoff prospects were resurrected.  The Battalion defeated the Barrie Colts 5-1, cutting the Colts' lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference quarterfinal to 2-1.

Brampton - The Battalion surrendered three third-period goals and lost 3-2 Sunday to the Sudbury Wolves, while the Niagara IceDogs rallied to defeat the Oshawa Generals 4-3 via shootout at St. Catharines. Those results left the awarding of the Ontario Hockey League's Central Division title for another day.
