Brampton - Having regard for the aging immigrant population in Peel and the gaps in services for this demographic, the Coalition of Agencies and Seniors Serving Immigrant Seniors (C.A.S.S.I.S) was formed by eight service providers to improve the quality of life for seniors in Peel and develop the capacity of agencies to better serve immigrant seniors.

CASSIS is a member-based organization open to all individual seniors, not-for-profit groups, organizations and government agencies serving immigrant seniors in Peel. Our mission is to be a collective voice for them and agencies committed to and working on their behalf. CASSIS is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation and has approximately 40 members representing different community based not-for-profit agencies.
