 Brampton - The Peel Regional Police Street Crime Gang Unit executed a search warrant as the result of an investigation which saw the seizure of drugs and a firearm.

 On Thursday, August 1, 2013, officers executed a search warrant at Marlborough Street in Brampton. Investigators located marihuana (2.6 pounds), 15 grams of crack cocaine, 9 grams of purple meth, 2 grams of cocaine and 115 ecstasy pills. Also located was a loaded Smith and Wesson 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

 Andrew SARTY, 32 years-old of Brampton, was arrested and charged with numerous drug and firearm offences.  SARTY will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Friday, August 2, 2013.

 Anne MORAN 55 years of age, and Daniel SARTY 56, were both arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Both will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Thursday, September 5, 2013.

 A warrant for the arrest of William SARTY, 23, will be sought.
