Brampton - Peel Children’s Safety Village will be open to the public on selected days throughout the summer.

Located in the Powerade Sports Park, at 7575 Kennedy Road South in Brampton, the Peel Children’s Safety Village is an educational centre designed specifically for students from grades one, two and three. Here, children receive classroom instruction from uniformed police officers on safety issues, including traffic safety and personal safety.

Currently the Village provides safety education to 14,000 children every year, so bring your helmets, and have them fitted by Safety Village staff. Officers will review with your child, key safety rules including hand signals, pedestrian safety, and then your child can take a tour of our village.

The outdoor portion includes either riding the battery powered jeeps or bicycles, and participating in a walk through the village.

JEEPS are for children in Junior Kindergarten - Grade 2 and run from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
