The Region of Peel advises that the hours of service for Human Services clients will change, effective Monday, May 28. As of Monday, in-person and telephone requests can be completed Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Unionized Human Services employees represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 966 have been on strike since Thursday, May 3.
Clients and residents are asked to please be patient as they may experience delays in-person or on the phone. Where possible, please complete your application online at peelregion.ca/hsapply
