BRAMPTON, (ON) August 9, 2006 – Juno and Grammy award winning super star, Diana Krall, one of Canada's best jazz artists, is headlining the opening night gala of The Rose Theatre Brampton on Friday, September 29^th with a full concert performance. Krall who is pregnant and is expecting in December will make the Rose Theatre her only GTA appearance for 2006. This black tie gala will end off a month-long opening festival that will see thousands of Brampton and area residents come through the theatre for dozens of community events.

New Album 'From This Moment On' Out September 19^th. Diana Krall returns to the standard songbook with a sensual, swinging set on 'From This Moment On,' to be released September 19th on Verve. Krall is joined by the Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra on eight of the eleven tracks, and performs in a quartet setting for the rest: Anthony Wilson (guitar), John Clayton (bass), and Jeff Hamilton (drums). 'From this Moment On, Krall's 10th album, was produced by Krall and Tommy LiPuma, and recorded and mixed by Al Schmitt.
