Peel - On Oct. 20, more than 1000 grade 12 students will have an opportunity to speak with 50 representatives from Ontario colleges and universities during Post-Secondary Day at Meadowvale Secondary School. Students from Meadowvale, Mississauga, Streetsville and West Credit secondary schools will attend the half-day event.

“Post-Secondary Day helps inform and prepare our graduating students so they feel comfortable and confident in choosing their post-secondary pathway,” says Michelle Stubbings, principal at Meadowvale. “With so many options and possibilities, it’s important students are informed so they are able to make decisions that best meets their interests and goals.”

The event will allow students the chance to browse various school displays and ask questions. Later, students will hear four presentations from university and college representatives, who will offer a more in-depth look at the school and its programs.

Post Secondary Day will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Meadowvale is located at 6700 Edenwood Dr. in Mississauga.
