The Battalion acquired overage left winger Brett Mackie from the Belleville BullsTuesday and he’s scheduled to make his Battalion debut Friday at Guelph. Mackie’s acquisition was required after overage forward Ian Watters suffered three severed tendons in his right wrist during last Friday’s 4-3 shootout win at Sarnia. Watters, who entered the game as the Troops’ leading goalscorer, needed surgery and is expected to be out of action for approximately three months.

Tickets for Monday’s game at the Powerade Centre can be purchased online at battalionhockey.com, at Battalion Headquarters from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or at the Box Office after 12 noon on gameday.
