Brampton - Dr. Anthony Sterling and his colleagues at Sterling Dental took time off from their duties at their new office at 10095 Bramalea Road on August 14th in order to show the physicians, nurses and technicians at neighbouring Brampton Civic Hospital their appreciation for the health care services provided by William Osler Health Centre to its patients.
Sterling Dental took the initiative to go beyond their recent $25,000 pledge to William Osler Health Centre Foundation and treat the staff members who work directly with patients and the support staff of Brampton Civic Hospital to a free BBQ lunch.
"It was great to let the people who work at Brampton Civic know that they're appreciated for work that can often be stressful and demanding," said Dr. Anthony Sterling, who was joined by his family and dental clinic staff to host the event. The sunny, warm day brought out over 400 Osler staff members who were served with a full selection from the grill.
Support for William Osler Health Centre Foundation's $120 million Here for you… caring for you Community Campaign currently funding Brampton Civic Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital, continues to grow as $95 million in cash and pledges has been donated to the Foundation to date.
