Brampton - Before you cozy up to the counter at the bakery or indulge in a large piece of pan pizza for lunch, think about what you'll have to do to burn off those extra calories and the extra fat, too

Brampton - You have been good about adhering to a healthy eating plan and exercising regularly.  So, go ahead and splurge on that café mocha and bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. You deserve a treat, right?

Before you cozy up to the counter at the bakery or indulge in a large piece of pan pizza for lunch, think about what you'll have to do to burn off those extra calories and the extra fat, too.

For example, eating that bagel and drinking a mocha topped with whipped cream levels out to a whopping 900 calories!  You'd have to swim laps for 40 minutes and participate in ballroom dancing for 2 ½ hours to burn all that away.

Cheesecake is a yummy way to top off dinner, right?  Just remember to schedule a 2-hour and 40-minute brisk walk to get rid of the cake's 700 calories.

Based on a l50-poud person, the following is a list of some popular foods and the amount of exercise it would take to burn off their calories.
