Where else can you see tributes to The Eagles, The Stones, Motown, Frank Sinatra and, of course…Elvis! All in the Brampton Downtown's Garden Square and beautiful GagePark.
The Brampton Downtown Development Corporation and its strong network of volunteers and sponsors are EXCITED to present the 9th Annual Classic Cars and Legendary Stars event!
New this year…
Join us on Wellington Street West for a Future Classics Auto Show featuring GM Frost Pontiac Buick Cadillac of Brampton with a few classics on the side.
Join us in Ken Whillans Square all day Saturday for the Classic Cars & Legendary Stars Market Place…artisan & craft vendors plus a few names you know and love.
Back Again…
The Classic Car Parade is back with a twist…it has a new route. Beginning on Guest Street, the cars head west to Main Street there they turn north past GagePark into the Four Corners of Downtown Brampton. The traditional Show & Shine goes until 5 PM with over 150 cars are expected.
Surrounding the cars will be great music…the sounds of Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Patsy Cline and a tribute to the "Women of the Sixties".All of these Legends and the Justin Time Band.
Join us in GagePark Thursday evening, Friday evening and Saturday afternoon and evening in GagePark for great time.
Thursday, July 17th
This year Jeff Sommerville's tribute to Frank Sinatra will include a couple of "friends". Pat McManus – as Dean Martin and Gayle Ackroyd with her tribute to big band will add to this traditional kick off on Thursday, July 17th.
Friday July 18th
Get up and dance on Friday night as we have DecaDance performing the greatest hits of the 70's and then the 80's. Ending the night will be the "Sounds of Motown". We have also squeezed in a little Patsy Cline, Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles…all performed by great tribute artists.
Saturday Afternoon, July 19th
While the Four Corners are hopping and bopping, we have some great Classics happening in GagePark too…Come by and see the Flower City Happy Gang, Marion Abbott's PerformingArtSchool, BramptonTheatreSchool and Brampton Music Theatre Youth Troup.
AND THEN THE NIGHT BEGINS…
Come to the park for a great night featuring tributes to the Stones, the Eagles, Elvis, Roy Orbison and the Women of Sixties. All of this leading up to the Carpet Frogs, who will close out this event for another year! Phenomenal entertainment, great food vendors from the downtown and beyond and a licensed area…Saturday in GagePark…what a great place to be?
