Peel - The crime prevention experts at Peel Regional Police have teamed up with Child Family Services at CreditValleyHospital to offer a free certificate program for any parents resident in the Region of Peel.

"Peel Regional Police Parents' CrimePreventionAcademy" is a breakthrough concept in crime prevention that will assist parents in keeping their children safe and away from trouble. The academy is an interactive and informative course that is taught in four evening sessions. The participants will be taught on a number of subjects including; developing a healthy family environment, communicating with your teen, building self esteem, streetproofing, internet dangers and other helpful topics. This academy will give parents more confidence within their family and will assist in keeping their family safe.

All participants will receive a certificate at the end this 10 hour course.
