Brampton - Peel Police are investigating an early morning shooting which occurred on Goreway Drive towards Queen Street in Brampton.  Shots were fired from a vehicle. A 19 year old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the buttocks was transported to a local hospital.

Brampton - Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating an early morning shooting. 

On Friday, April 11, 2008, at approximately 6:40 a.m., it is alleged that two vehicles were travelling southbound on Goreway Drive towards Queen Street, when shots were fired from the suspect vehicle. The victim was a passenger in the other vehicle. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and police were called.

Upon arrival, officers located a 19 year old male who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the buttocks. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where his injuries are considered to be non-life threatening.
