Mississauga - On Saturday, April 5 2008, at approximately 2:00 a.m., police responded to a call for service at 6235 Kennedy Road in Mississauga. Upon arrival, officers attended the rear parking lot and found a male who was suffering from obvious signs of trauma. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.

Further investigation by homicide detectives has resulted in the arrest of the parties alleged to be responsible for the murder of the victim, Luis Estrada-Lemmon. A picture of the victim can be viewed by clicking on the following link [Estrada-Lemmon].

Michael James STRUC, 23 years old of Brampton, has been charged with First Degree Murder.

Eric JACOME, 24 years old of Brampton, has been charged with Accessory After Fact to Murder.

Both suspects will be making an appearance in court on Sunday, April 6, 2008, where they will be remanded into custody.
