Peel - The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and the Peel District School Board are proud to host the 5th annual 'Mission Employable! Conference' to be held May 8th of 2008 at the Pearson Convention Centre. Last year's conference was a great success and we are looking forward to hosting this year's event involving both school boards and over 400 participants!

The Mission Employable Conference is aimed specifically at grade 12 graduating students entering the world of work this spring and summer. The purpose of the conference is many-fold:

• to celebrate these students' choice of entering the working ranks;
• to help these students improve and enhance their employability skills via the activities planned for the day;
• to connect these students to prospective employers.

This year's conference will consist of a keynote speaker, an employment expo and numerous informative seminar presentations. Students will have opportunities to meet employers, present a résumé, participate in a networking lunch and discuss employment opportunities.

The registration fee of $50 dollars will cover the cost of a continental breakfast and lunch for your two registered people, and one presentation table.In addition, we invite employers to help further celebrate this event by donating door prizes for the numerous draws that will be held throughout the conference.
