GM Suri, during a telephone interview, stressed the wonderful growth that Kia of Brampton has experienced in the past 8 years. "We went from a trailer when we first opened 8 years ago to the largest volume Kia dealership in Ontario, thanks to being part of Brampton Auto Mall and part of Brampton".

Kia offers many specific strengths with their fleet of vehicles – a 100,000km and 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty which isn't offered by any other manufacturer, along with good value pricing and a great interest rate on all financing. "We're dedicated to keeping it affordable and to selling peace of mind," stressed Suri. "All our vehicles have 6 airbags for our customer's safety".

New in 2007 is the Kia Rondo, an Urban Utility Vehicle and the first of its kind in Canada. It's a combination of a mini-van and an SUV.

Kia of Brampton has several goals to offer its customers. "We offer hassle-free shopping, we share our profit with our customers and we emphasize service". This has resulted in a very high retention rate – almost 65%, largely due to an "unbeatable personal customer service".

Speaking of his views of the auto industry in general, Suri said, "We have more emphasis now on the sale of new cars and the peace of mind they bring to our customers. Used car sales are a bit slower now simply because new cars are so affordable".

"However, our used cars are mainly those with parts of their original factory warranty still remaining, because the reputation of our dealership is at stake with the sale of every used vehicle".

Kia will also be introducing their own hybrid in the near future – the Kia 'Pride', which will include a more perfected technology for the hybrid type of vehicles.

Since the original opening of Kia of Brampton 8 years ago, they've been the sponsor of the Brampton Ball Hockey Association and they've also participated in many other fundraisers as a member of the Brampton Auto Mall group.
