2006-2007 Writing Project is a co-operative effort between the Dufferin-Peel Separate School Board (Brampton East, Caledon, Dufferin and Malton family of schools) and brampton.com. The project's goal is to encourage students to write about issues that affect our community through various forms of writing (poetry, short stories, essays, etc.). Students' writings are published online at TheBramptonNews.com and brampton.com. Register your school to participate in the 2007-2008 Writing Project by calling 905-794-0841.

The beautiful skies and the beautiful air that we breathe… how wonderful it is to live world that we are able to be thankful for. We try to make the world better by helping those that are poor and less fortunate or those with mistakes that need fixing. God gave us hearts filled with love, to lift them up to the Lord. We look at the Lord as a role model, the one who follows us each single day in our hearts and in our sprits. We follow the footsteps the Lord has taken for us and we have witnessed what he has done as one individual for us. Watching the sun go down, the skies begin to turn black, and the stars begin to appear in the sky, we realize how wonderful the world is as we all come together as one human family. Together we offer our love to the Lord, our heavenly spirit.
