Brampton - A new Ford dealership, Planet Ford, has recently opened its doors officially to Brampton and indeed to markets far beyond Brampton's borders.

Located in the former Bramview Ford location at the Brampton Auto Mall, the new dealership promises many firsts in their industry. 'We're following the Bellagio Strategy of customer service', says Drew Delaware, Director of Communications. The new approach starts when you walk in the doors of the huge, bright facility. The giant showroom centers around a customer service desk and includes 2 lounges, a large refreshment station and even a children's play area, complete with toys.

GM Carman Widdess agrees ' Service begins after the sale. We want our customers to become raving fans'. Widdess should know about service – he started working at his father's Texaco service station located here in Brampton at Church and Main 35 years ago, when he was only 7. 'We're still a family business and we treat our staff like family too. We don't train our staff; we mentor them, just as we'd do with any family member'.
