Telecare Distress Centre, a non-profit community based organization in the Region of Peel that provides free, anonymous, confidental listening and emotional support and community referrals to individuals experiencing isolation, depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, addictions, grief, frustration or having difficulty coping in life. Brampton - Telecare Distress Centre, a non-profit organization provides free, confidential and anonymous crisis lines support services 24 hours of the day, seven days a week.

Our South Asian Crisis lines: Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu, are currently open from 10:00 am–10:00 pm, Monday-Friday. We provide listening and emotional support as well as community referrals to all those who are experiencing isolation, mental illnesses, abuse, loss, grief, loneliness, relationship problems, or just having difficulty coping in life.
