2nd Annual Street Hockey Day in Canada

Put on your game face and mark June 2nd, 2007 on your calendar!  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel is excited to be hosting the 2nd Annual Street Hockey Day in Canada Tournament at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre!  Last year's event generated not only a fun-filled day, but the opportunity for us to raise over $15,000 for our kids!  We anticipate that the event this year will gain even more momentum, and encourage you to join us in creating another successful day!

Last year, Mike Hogan of the FAN590, along with the Celebrity Team, were out bringing some real heat against the Rutman Royal's of Rutman and Rutman Professional Corporation - the tournament's highest fundraising team.  This year you could find yourself face to face with "Hoagie" and his entourage in the Celebrity Game for your fundraising efforts or in the Championship Game for the coveted "Big Cup"!

So grab some pals and put together a co-ed team of 7-10 players (or we can put a team together for you), complete the registration requirements, and get ready for the ball to drop!

What: 3 on 3 Ball Hockey
Where: Burnhamthorpe Community Centre, 1500 Gulleden Dr, Mississauga
Who: Men & Women 18+
Registration Fee: $100 per team (7-10 players)
Pledge Requirements: Minimum $60 per player 
or 
$75 Individual Fee (Includes registration and pledges)
