Brampton Transit To Adjust Service Levels This Month

Brampton – Brampton Transit continues to listen to its riders, and effective Monday, March 19, will adjust service levels on six routes to continue service reliability and enhance connections with GO Transit.

High traffic volume and construction throughout the City can sometimes affect Brampton Transit's ability to maintain schedule arrival and departure times. To serve riders better, the following schedules will be changing to ensure service reliability and also improve connection times:

5 BOVAIRD – Weekday schedule

• Afternoon and evening trip times have been adjusted in both directions to improve service reliability

16 SOUTHGATE – Weekday, Saturday and Sunday schedule

• To improve overall service reliability the weekday mid-day and early evening frequency has been adjusted to every 40 minutes
• All day Saturday and Sunday the frequency has been adjusted to every 40 minutes

24 VAN KIRK INDUSTRIAL – Weekday schedule

• Afternoon and evening trip times have been adjusted to improve connections with GO Train services

25 EDENBROOK – Weekday schedule

• Afternoon and evening trip times have been adjusted to improve connections with GO Train services

26 FLETCHERS MEADOW – Weekday schedule

• Morning and evening trip times have been adjusted to improve service reliability

30 AIRPORT ROAD – Weekday, Saturday and Sunday schedule

• Trip times have been adjusted to improve service reliability
• Arrival and departure times at Westwood Mall will be maintained
