Our Specialty Leasing Program is a perfect way to start off your business, expand a current business concept, and/or test the waters for a future permanent in-line store! Not only are our rental rates competitive in the market, Shoppers World Brampton strives to acquire innovative retailers who can bring diversity to our centre.Since our carts and kiosks are located in the common area, product exposure and visibility is maximized, while high start-up costs and overhead costs are avoided.

Cart:
Our carts (also known as Retail Merchandising Units) are a standard size of 72"wide x 114" in length x 93.5" high (see picture above). There are metal roll-down security enclosures as well as remote side units and remote cash units.
Kiosk:
Kiosks consist of a 10" x 10" space, in which vendors are welcome to bring in their own professional setup.

Business Plan/Proposal
Shoppers World Brampton is home to a variety of different retailers, and we are constantly seeking new business ideas. If you have what it takes, please submit a business plan/proposal, which includes the following:
- Letter indicating the type of service/product to be sold and whether or not you have been a tenant in another centre. (Merchandise cannot conflict with that of another tenant.)
- Colour photos of existing cart/kiosk and or drawings/layout
- Contact information (address, telephone number, fax number, email address)
- Merchandise concept
- Business history (if any)
All business plans/proposals can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the address below. It is recommended that you send your proposal packages by mail when submitting colour photographs. Upon approval (at our discretion), you will be notified to discuss the details.
